Not here, exactly, but in this feeling. Circling the same thing for months, maybe longer, knowing something isn't right but unable to land on what it actually is or what to do about it.
You've journaled. You've talked to your therapist. You've had the conversation with your mentor. You may have even worked with a coach. And each of those things helped, a little, in the moment, the way a good conversation over coffee helps when you're having a hard week. But nothing has ever quite captured the whole picture at once.
Your therapist was brilliant with the emotional weight of it, but she wasn't quite tracking the professional complexity underneath. Your mentor gave you sharp, practical advice for the specific situation you brought them, but you left feeling like the deeper thing, the thing you can't quite name, went unaddressed again. The coach you worked with was generous and warm, but you could feel them steering you toward their framework, their methodology, their way of seeing it, and something in you kept quietly resisting because it didn't quite fit.
And so you're still here. Still circling.
The part that hurts most isn't the circling itself. It's that you've started to wonder if it's you.
Everyone else seems to navigate these things. Everyone else seems to find their footing eventually. Maybe you're the one making this harder than it needs to be. Maybe you just need to accept where you are. Maybe this is just what this stage of life feels like and you need to get on with it.
You don't actually believe that. But you're exhausted enough that you've started entertaining it.
Here's what I've noticed about the people who end up here.
They're not people who haven't tried. They've tried everything. They're not people who lack self-awareness.
They're usually among the most self-aware people in any room they walk into. They're not people who can't handle difficulty. They've handled enormous amounts of it, often without anyone around them fully understanding how much they're carrying.
What they're missing isn't another perspective to add to the pile. It's someone who can hold the whole picture at once, the emotional weight and the professional complexity and the values underneath and the specific shape of their particular situation, without needing to resolve it into a clean answer before the session is over.
The circling isn't a character flaw. It's what happens when something real and complex hasn't been met with the right kind of thinking. Not the right framework. Not the right modality. The right kind of thinking.
That's what the Threshold Clarity Session is for.
We don't start with your goals. We start with what's actually there
You bring the full picture, the professional thing, the personal thing, the thing you've been trying to name for six months, the thing you haven't said out loud yet because it sounds strange or dramatic or like too much. All of it is workable here.
I don't have a predetermined direction I'm pointing you toward. I don't have a methodology I need you to fit into. What I have is the ability to think with you across the whole of it, to hold the complexity without needing to flatten it, to name the thing that's been circling without forcing it into a resolution it isn't ready for.
You leave with more than clarity on the situation. You leave with a restored sense of your own read. Because usually what's most depleted by this kind of prolonged circling isn't the energy to act, it's the trust in your own judgment. The sense that you actually know what's true for you.
That's what we rebuild.
✓ You've spent real time and real money trying to figure this out and still feel like something hasn't been named yet.
✗ You're looking for someone to tell you what to do.
✓ You're high-functioning enough that most people assume you're fine, and that assumption has started to feel isolating.
✗ You want a prescribed system, rigid checklist, or pre-prepared five-step plan.
✓ You've had good conversations with therapists, mentors, or coaches, but you keep leaving feeling like the whole picture didn't quite make it into the room.
✗ You're in active crisis and need immediate, sustained therapeutic support, this session works best when you have enough stability to think alongside someone rather than needing someone to hold you through an emergency.
✓ You're not in crisis. You're at a threshold. And you're ready for a different kind of conversation.
✗ You're hoping this conversation will make the decision for you.
The Threshold
CLARITY SESSION
After your session, you'll receive a personal Threshold Clarity Report, a written document prepared specifically for you, not a template, not a generic summary.
It includes a plain-language account of what we worked through together, a map of your threshold with the doors in front of you named and articulated clearly, and regulation strategies matched to your specific pattern. Something concrete to hold onto, and to return to, long after the conversation ends.
If you have questions before booking, you're welcome to reach out directly. You'll hear back from me, not an assistant.
Briefly describe your signature offer. In Kara's case, that might look like her Systems Architect course or COO offering. Talk a little bit about what makes it great, why people love it, and what it includes.
+ Includes this important thing
+ And also this that people want
+ Don't forget this include

REBECCA TAUGHT ME THAT I ALREADY knew the answers. I JUST NEEDED TO find my way back to believing IN THEM.
When I started working with Rebecca I was on the verge of quitting. I came in every day miserable, preparing to be yelled at for any mistake or for challenging the status quo. Rebecca showed me what real leadership looked like — she took the time to show genuine interest in my development, and helped me remember that I was actually good at my job.
I stopped second-guessing every decision. I felt safe enough to experiment, to speak up, to try new things.
If you work with Rebecca, you'll find someone who will hold space for you, help you navigate complex situations, and always be in your corner. She doesn't give you the answers. She helps you find your way back to the ones you already have.
— Jo, administrative professional
REBECCA HAS THIS WAY OF seeing details AND connecting the patterns THAT NOBODY ELSE IN THE ROOM has caught yet.
And when she sees something you haven't — she doesn't make you feel foolish for missing it. She lights up. She wants to walk you through it, talk it out, turn it over together until it clicks. The insight isn't something she holds over you. It's something she hands you.
— Melissa, LEADERSHIP COACH
REBECCA BUILDS THINGS WITH YOU, not at you.
She somehow holds you accountable without ever feeling like a dictator about it. She's with me every step, the highest highs, the harder moments, all of it. I never feel stupid working with her, even when I land on something that feels like it should've been obvious all along.
Rebecca doesn't just hold space, she keeps things moving. There's warmth, but there's also momentum. You leave knowing what's next, and somehow already wanting to do it.
— Jess, YOGA THERAPIST, AND LIFE COACH
