MEET REBECCA

Pattern Recognizer. Policy Nerd. Framework Builder. And Paradox Keeper.

I've made a lot of pivots. Dance to communications. Media regulation to knoweldge translation. Public health research to this. And for a long time I told myself the story everyone tells about people like me: she can't commit. She's all over the place.

But when I looked at it more honestly, something different emerged. I wasn't lost. I was navigating without my map.

Every pivot had the same quiet signature underneath it. Not a fight, just a moment where something became clear, and once it was clear, I couldn't unsee it. There's a difference between being capable of something and it actually being yours.

I kept moving until I found what was actually mine.

The bumps along the way were real. A few broken bones (some quite literally). But they weren't evidence that something was wrong with me. They were what navigating hard terrain without a map actually costs.

That's what I help people find. Not a script. Not a system to slot yourself into. Your map. The one that makes the next right step visible without requiring you to become someone you're not.

THE MISSION

PRECISION creates MOVEMENT.

MOVEMENT rooted in WHO YOU ARE DOESN'T cost YOU YOURSELF.

IT returns YOU.

You might find precision and movement to be a paradox. That getting precise means slowing down, pulling back, analysing instead of acting. But that's not what precision actually does.

Precision is what lights the candle. And the moment that candle is lit, you can see exactly how to move, not because the whole path is suddenly visible, but because the next step is.

That's what I'm here for. Not more information. Not better strategy. The specific kind of presence, pattern recognition, and collaborative thinking that finds the thread underneath all the noise and holds it up to the light.

When you can see it clearly, you can move. And when the movement is rooted in who you actually are, it doesn't cost you yourself. It returns you.

Every pivot had
the same quiet signature.

PART TWO →

Hi I'm Rebecca

Something became clear,
and I couldn't unsee it.

From the outside it probably looked scattered. From the inside there was always a thread, I just didn't have the map to read it yet.

So I navigated without one. And that has a cost. Wrong turns that took years to correct. Moments I stayed somewhere long past when I knew it wasn't mine. A few broken bones along the way (literally complete with surgery) from trying to carry more than I could hold.

I didn't fight my way out of any of it. I just kept following what was actually true until I found what was actually mine.

It's not a clean story. But it's the one that taught me how to make a map. And it's why I can sit with someone else who's navigating without one and not flinch.

The credentials are real.

The person underneath
them is more interesting.

I'm a graduate degree trained academic who does her best thinking on a slow run. A framework builder who ignores recipes. A pattern recognizer who needed someone else to help her finally see her own.

I also pull tarot cards in the morning before I open my laptop. I have over 500 hours of yoga teacher and somatic coaching training and I use it, not as a side hobby but as a core part of how I work with people, because the body knows things the mind is still catching up to. I move between those two worlds not because I'm trying to be interesting but because neither one alone ever told the whole story.

I built this practice because I kept finding myself in rooms where people were almost naming something important and then backing away from it. Something in the intellectual excavation would get close, and then the body would close around it before it could surface. I wanted to be the person who could hold that moment long enough, and move through it with enough range, that the thread finally had somewhere to go.

That's still what I do.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Threshold Clarity Sessions

Something's off and you can't quite name it yet. In one 90-minute session, we get precise on what's actually true and find language clear enough to hold onto.

Ongoing Coaching

For people who know something needs to shift and want company while they build it. We work together over time — not just naming the thread, but actually living from it.

For Organizations

When the problem isn't just one person, it's the whole structure. I work with organizations ready to build systems that actually reflect their values, not just their stated ones.

The Threshold

CLARITY SESSION

There's a version of this you've already tried. The journaling, the reflection, the late-night conversations with yourself trying to locate what's actually true. You're closer than you were. But you're still not quite there.

That's what this is for.

In 90 minutes, we excavate what's actually real about who you are professionally — not the performed version, not the one that fits the container you've outgrown. The actual one. Using the Elemental Framework alongside coaching and nervous system support, we find the thread that's been there all along and name it clearly enough to hold onto.

You leave with language that finally sounds like you, clarity on who you actually are professionally, and confidence in what you stand for — without negotiating with yourself about it.

This is the moment you finally release the breath you didn't know you were holding.

REBECCA TAUGHT ME THAT I ALREADY knew the answers. I JUST NEEDED TO find my way back to believing IN THEM.

When I started working with Rebecca I was on the verge of quitting. I came in every day miserable, preparing to be yelled at for any mistake or for challenging the status quo. Rebecca showed me what real leadership looked like — she took the time to show genuine interest in my development, and helped me remember that I was actually good at my job.
I stopped second-guessing every decision. I felt safe enough to experiment, to speak up, to try new things.
If you work with Rebecca, you'll find someone who will hold space for you, help you navigate complex situations, and always be in your corner. She doesn't give you the answers. She helps you find your way back to the ones you already have.

—  Jo, administrative professional

REBECCA HAS THIS WAY OF seeing details AND connecting the patterns THAT NOBODY ELSE IN THE ROOM has caught yet.

And when she sees something you haven't — she doesn't make you feel foolish for missing it. She lights up. She wants to walk you through it, talk it out, turn it over together until it clicks. The insight isn't something she holds over you. It's something she hands you.

— Melissa, LEADERSHIP COACH

REBECCA BUILDS THINGS WITH YOU, not at you.

She somehow holds you accountable without ever feeling like a dictator about it. She's with me every step, the highest highs, the harder moments, all of it. I never feel stupid working with her, even when I land on something that feels like it should've been obvious all along.

Rebecca doesn't just hold space, she keeps things moving. There's warmth, but there's also momentum. You leave knowing what's next, and somehow already wanting to do it.

— Jess, YOGA THERAPIST, AND LIFE COACH
