I've spent over a decade inside broken systems — in academia, as a policy advisor, a manager who chose her people over her position, and ultimately as someone who resigned rather than skirt the law.

I've seen what happens when integrity gets treated as optional. I've also seen what becomes possible when someone finally names what's actually going on.

That's what I do now. I work with people-first leaders who are exhausted from fighting upstream — together we name what's broken, why it's broken, and rebuild without losing themselves in the process.

THE MISSION

BROKEN SYSTEMS don't break because of BAD PEOPLE.

They break because GOOD PEOPLE were never given the language, the tools, or the permission to name what was actually happening — and fix it.

When people-first leaders stop absorbing the dysfunction and start rebuilding around their actual values, everything changes. Teams stop bleeding. Policies stop being weapons. Power stops being something to survive. Integrity stops being the thing that costs you — and becomes the thing that carries you.

I know because I've been there. I left a fully funded PhD when my supervisor exploited students and the institution looked the other way. I spent years inside a healthcare regulator watching perfectly written policies detonate in real life. I built a team from the brink of collapse by doing the thing nobody expected — treating people like humans.

And then I resigned. Again. Rather than skirt the law when leadership asked me to. The pattern across every chapter of my career is the same: I see what's coming, I name it, and I choose integrity — even when it costs me. Now I work with people who are ready do the same.
