MEET Rebecca

Consultant. Coach. Framework Builder. Policy Nerd. (Slow) Runner. And Two-Time Quitter (The Principled Kind).

I've spent over a decade inside broken systems, watching good people absorb dysfunction they didn't create.

I left two positions rather than compromise. I'm not here to help you survive a broken system. I'm here to help you figure out what's actually broken, and what to do about it.

THE MISSION

BROKEN SYSTEMS don't break because of BAD PEOPLE.

They break because GOOD PEOPLE were never given the language to name what was actually happening.

What happens when leaders stop absorbing dysfunction that was never theirs to carry? Teams stop bleeding, policies stop being weapons, and integrity stops being the thing that costs you. It becomes the thing that carries you.

You're not too sensitive. You're not reading too much into it. You're just very good at seeing something most people would rather not name.

I've chosen integrity over security twice. I'd do it again.

I left a fully funded PhD when I saw how institutions protect their own at the expense of the people inside them. I built a team from the brink of collapse by doing the thing nobody expected — treating people like humans. I spent years inside and researching regulatory bodies watching the gap between what policies said and what they actually did to people. When the gap became a chasm, I left. Again. (The second time, if you're keeping track.)

The pattern is the same every time: I see what's coming, I name it, and I choose the harder thing. Now I work with people who are ready to do the same — and need someone in their corner while they figure out what that actually means.

PART TWO →

I've chosen integrity over security twice. I'd do it again.

Turns out "just work within
the system"
is terrible advice
when the system is the problem.

'm a yoga instructor, a slow runner who does her best thinking mid-stride, a board game obsessive, and someone who will always, always completely ignore a recipe when it comes to the amount of garlic I add.

The way we build systems says everything about what we actually value. I work with leaders who already know that — and are exhausted from being the only one in the room who does.

So after leaving twice, I built something different.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Diagnostics

Something's off and you can't quite name it yet. Let's build a clear picture of exactly where your values and your systems stopped talking to each other.

Coaching 1:1

For leaders who know something needs to change and are ready to do the work. We figure out what's yours to carry — and what definitely isn't.

Consulting

When the problem isn't just you, it's the whole structure. I work with organizations ready to build systems that actually reflect their values  (not just their stated ones).

REBECCA HAS THIS WAY OF seeing details AND connecting the patterns THAT NOBODY ELSE IN THE ROOM has caught yet.

And when she sees something you haven't — she doesn't make you feel foolish for missing it. She lights up. She wants to walk you through it, talk it out, turn it over together until it clicks. The insight isn't something she holds over you. It's something she hands you.

— Melissa, colleague AND LEADERSHIP COACH

REBECCA IS SO ORGANIZED AND gets things done — BUT not in a dictator way.

She's warm, genuine, and actually cares. She builds things with you, not at you.

— Jess, COLLEAGUE, YOGA THERAPIST, AND LIFE COACH

YOU'VE BECOME A role model FOR THE TYPE OF LEADER I HOPE TO BE SOME DAY.

I've never received such positive, consistent, unbiased support before. Your support has been eye opening in such a good way.
